My friends neighbors just moved out and set a scooter out by the curb...so I nabbed it, not sure what it is, what motor it has or where to start. Info ive found says made by Lucheng company/geely group 2005/10. Front has a "Jalon" badge and on the front sides it says "air cooled". Any help at all identifying this thing so I can buy some parts would be greatly appreciated.
