Hey everyone! I just wanted to know if anyone has had any issues installing there big bore kits on and not being able to get the exhaust flange to meet up with the cylinder port. I ordered the 70cc Motoforce kit for my keeway (chinarelli) installed it and had this issue. Im looking to get some more ideas as to how I'm going to design the upper part of my bracket(top bolt). I have managed to figure out the bottom bolt, but that doesn't require any fabrication. Im willing to find someone to help do the fabricating if need be.
Any pics of homemade DIY exhaust bracket/mounts would be very helpful! Thank you!

Didn't seem to be an airleak. I did a leak down test. I think my idle was too high. That seemed to help the problem

hey guys! Ran into a little problem with my 2 stroke. it seems my engine is able to rev up high on its own to the point where I can't stop it with my foot. I don't wanna ride my scoot until I get this figured out! my bbk just arrived and I wanna put it on but not till I figure this one out 😕 Any help would be greatly appreciated!

How many more size up/bigger of a pilot jet do you think I should start with first? I already have a set of main jets but I haven't really done my research/info on the pilot. Mine also doesn't have a number on it, but I know a similar build has a 70main like mine and a 22.5 pilot, so it maybe a 22.5 aswell.

Actually, That will be , quite literally, a snorkel looking type thing inside the cover of your airbox! Shouldn't take you more than 2 minutes to remove. PM me if you needed a pic of the snorkel. Enjoy the scooter life and the forum 😎✌️

Welcome to the forum. I would first remove the restriction ring in your cvt, if you haven't already. That is a cheap way to increase top speed. I have never visited BC. I'm a mountain biker and BC is said to be fat tire heaven. By the way, if I am to remove my cvt restrictor, do I still need a variator stop? (Piston stop) and since it's not changing my fuel/air mix I don't need to tune anything else and this will be fine once I've installed my bbk and bigger jets?

I must know too many people in the warmer states lol. Some who NEVER see rain. But I guess that's where that stereotype comes from. This years weather seems to have gotten a bit colder in most parts of the northern hemi. In winter ITS COLD, and summer is NICE N HOT. We go with the seasons October is always falling leaves🍃

I'm currently awaiting my bbk and bigger main jets from scootertuning. So in the mean time, I removed my snorkel. I am wondering if I should consider getting a bigger pilot jet, due to the more airflow from the airbox... Or should I just wait until I get my BBK installed with the bigger main jet, THEN see how it runs? I read that I may need a bigger pilot jet if I am to remove the snorkel, but if I am going to have the change the pilot again after my bbk, I might aswell just wait. Besides I think the foot of snow is just starting to melt 😎 Thanks guys! All advice is welcomed I'll mostly be playing the sponge, and just soakin in all the beautiful works of a 2 stroke.

I'm a mountain biker and BC is said to be fat tire heaven. Alot of my friends find it easier to ride there dirt bike or quad to work! Lots of fun roads, and trails. One dirt trail we even plan to ride on is about 4 hours long and brings us up behind WHISTLER if any you guys know. We also had a huge dump of SNOW all of a sudden. I mean yes, as you Americans know, it gets cold here in the winter, and hot in mid spring/summer. But snow? Were not THAT far north lol
