I'd like to know if my headlights are working correctly? The scooter has dual lights.only oneside works for bright,the portside..and only the starboard works for dim..I've just bought this bike and the dealer I bought it from is very hard to deal with.i can't reach a technician.they sent me the wrong scooter A ten inch wheel model when I ordered a twelve inch model,etc.,etc.

I would like to ask someone with more knowledge than me to tell me if my scooter which comes with dual headlights if their working right? When on bright only one light works its the port side!on dim only the stbd.side is working!I have to have the local police check all the lights and signals before I can finalize the bike for street use??
