hi everyone, is their someone on here that knows hwe to change headlight bulbs on a 2014v.i.p. scooter?iif so, can you explain to me how to do this,please, and thank you in advance

It was suppose to say when I leave the throttle alone it stalls sorry for the misprint,and the other mistake was pet cock not cocktail.sorry

Hi everyone, I haven't been on this forum for awhile,I hope someone will give some advise on the my problem ,I just came back from a two week vacation and had my trickle charger (which in have done before )the problem I'm having is the scooter will run until I leave the troll alone for 15 seconds ,then it seems like it runs out of gas and then stalls ,I changed spark plug which was sort of black,my scooter is a vip scooter with 1200 miles on it ,I don't know it I need a cdi,fuel pump pet cocktail ,can anyone suggest what I can do to fix this scooter. Thanks for your help......
