If I'm putting this in the wrong section I apologize feel free to move.
I go to post image, it redirects to page where I can resize image and it shows complete. After that, what exactly do I do.

Wanted to do the online version of a hand shake and introduce myself. Go by Bo, from southwest VA, got a Chinese scooter back in 2011, sold it about a year and a half after simply because I needed extra money for another project. Few months ago, I came across the exact same scoot, same guy still had it. Said he was tired of working on it, wasn't running, just wanted it gone. $30 bought it.
But, I've I figure out how to take pictures and upload to here, you'll see why I might've paid too much lol.
I'm a tinker-er by nature, from electronics, amateur radio, mechanic for a few years at a garage, ran heavy equipment for a few years... Always something to do.
Going to need some definite help from the Elmer's on here to get my current project going.
