Hi everyone. I was a proud Yamaha Majesty owner years ago. I am back with a scooter again. I am seeing alot of upgrading as far as getting more speed or fine tuning. I'm interested in that. Hope everyone has a great day! Walked outside this morning and it felt nice....

Hi all. My first post here. Hope everyone is ok. So, I purchased this 13 Tao with 2k miles on it 1 month ago.
Test ride was fine, ran perfect. Trailered it home, now all I get over 5 mph is a bog down, repeatedly. When i purchased the bike, the rear brake handle was broke off. Is there anyway that inside the rear brake its somehow still sticking? Check this out, I adjusted with my hand the rear brake mechanism and now It will get up more speed before it bogs down. Should I open the rear brake to check for damage? Any ideas? Thanks
