I'm sure someone else will chime in here and I may be mistaken but I think quite a few companies use the same frame for 50 and 150 cc scoots so the size is really the same

I assume it’s a four stroke ,,, valves may need an adjustment badly,, it’s turning over ok but as it’s been mentioned seems like little compression,,, #1 check the oil level,,, if that is good go to,,, #2 I’d be looking at a valve adjustment

If you've pulled the plastics ( I assume you did) there'll be a hot feed line coming from the battery then coming off the switch there'll be a few wires that go to different components using a test lite turn on the ignition and check all the wires coming out of the switch one or more may be dead,,if so then you'll know you have a bad key switch

Put it all back together with the original cdi &coil and everything put a new gapped Ngk plug in it and lite it up,,,and also check the hot wire off the ignition switch

Toffee crunch,,,,( it wasn’t huge like the movies,,,it was a smaller disaster with me screaming OH FU(!just before it hit me then,,F,,,F,,,F,,,,as I tumbled down the hill with it and hitting a couple trees ,,,)
