I'm new to everything as I've just retired. Purchased a 2002 Holiday Rambler Neptune pusher and had a cruiserlift motorcycle holder for the back of the RV. But I can't figure out how to strap the Kymco down. Where do I hook the straps on the kymco. Everything looks like it's plastic and I don't want to hook a strap to the handle with the speed control that rotates. Thanks for your help.
