I just purchased TaoTao Roman 150 from Northeast Powersports in Scranton, Pa. for $799 delivered. I ordered it by phone (their number is 570-343-3977). It was ordered on March 30, and I received it on April 7. There was no other charge, and Bob, the owner sent me the MCO and a bill of sale right away. I received that on April 9, and on Monday the 11th, I went to the Nevada DMV and got it registered and licensed. I am not affiliated with Northeast Powersports in any way, it just does my heart glad to see some honest people out there.
