Yes it's the chassis 13 from scrappy, but because there was no link for body parts, I thought there were non of them. I'll try to email them .

Hi to all
I'm a first time poster but I've been a lurker of this forum for a while
I have the scooter mentioned in the title that I know it sells on quite a few brands and I'm searching for a dealer that can sell plastic body parts-fairing and send it via post.
I'm living in Europe but I'm willing to order from around the world because till now I haven't found anyone with body parts of that scooter type
