Hi its my first post

So iv had my first crash someone pulled out on me and the breaks stopped I have fixed the old one but the back one is broke I think?

Whenever I tighten the nut on the back it unwinds as soon as I press the break and its back to being loose any ideas

Also my break light don't work its not earthing out the bulb is brand new plus no cables are unplugged any ideas
