Hi Guys - I used to be a member of Schootdawg but haven't been on in a long time. I have a Kymco (2006) and want to change the belt. I have the cover off the scoot and the variator is off also. Now I want to remove the belt to change it out and can't seem to get the clutch off to allow the belt to slip off. It seems to be too tight around the clutch to allow the belt just sliding it over the top of the clutch. So, I have tried and again with my air wrench can't seem to get the nut off. Is the nut on my Kymco a regular right hand thread? the variator is a right hand thread and come right off. I appreciate the help in advance - Thanks - Scooterike
