So I have this problem with my scoot. I have to give it lots of throttle when starting and most of the time will not stay running. If i manage to keep it running and go for a bit it will stay running, but doesn't have much power for hills. I have checked the spark plug and it's ok, also i saw that the fuel filter was on backwards, so i switched it around. I am not sure where to go next with this fix please help.
