Hi, I had this problem and I rebuilt the sight glass inserts myself. These reservoirs are not under pressure, so leaks are the only issue.. I knocked out the old corroded lenses and cleaned the units with engine degreaser followed by brake cleaner. then I placed the reservoir units--lens opening down--on wax paper and clamped them in place. i used a syringe to inject acrylic resin through the metal perforated disks into the holes until they were filled to just under the metal perforated disks, and let it cure. After some sanding and polishing (I used nail polishing emory boards and nail buffers) I had new sight glass lenses. For added leak prevention I went around the edges of the new lenses with crazy glue, letting capillary action pull the glue into any gaps that might have been left between plastic and metal. It has held up well in a year's worth of driving.
