I am new to the scoot world and I am learning fast. I have two scoots, 1) 2008 Rocketa MC-07 with a 1P57QMJ engine 2) 2005 Strada RX-150 TE with a 157QMJ engine.
I got the Rocketa about six months ago for $50 not running, I quickly discovered a bad CDI and now it runs awesome. The Strada I picked up about two months ago for $100 not running and I found a seriously clogged idle/low speed jet, I replaced the jet and it also runs awesome now.
I must say though,,, the Rocketa will out run the Strada in a heartbeat!!!
I believe the P identifier found on the Rocketa's engine (possibly "Performance" 
) aint no joke!!!
Anyway, I think I am going to do some research on the "P" engine code.
