This is a good thread to keep in my opinion as a warning to other vendors. From the way he operated and talked, I think he has done things like this before to get free stuff, so this might be a warning to other vendors to watch out. The email he uses for payment has that same "peascreek" in it, and also has studio in it too. So, other vendors, if you see a payment email with peascreekstudios in it, watch out, there is going to be some serious trouble. His claim that he gave away the steering stem is suspicious. His posting on 49cc had said he had been looking for this elusive stem for a long time and could only find it with Scrappy, but with some modifications to the pivot shaft. I offered to help him find the exact match with my contacts with other factories, but he went on and on about a supposed 1mm difference in the clamp sizes. Less than one hour after he posted that he was giving away our steering stem for just the cost of shipping, he claimed it had already been sent to someone else. I believe he kept it and used it himself. The pictures he posted are gone now as well. I might be wrong, but sure is suspicious to me, and I'm glad this was his first and last purchase from us. I'm interested in trading scammers secrets to scamming. I'm on the fence about doing it on opened forum, as to feed them ideas. John |

Things happen, negative thread on some form of error when a full refund was issued. I don't agree with that.
