ohhhhh... ok Duh us, that all makes sense.
I just wonder how all the folks ordering scoots online here in the Midwest are going to handle this latest EPA crap. Seems like people were just coming around to accepting China made scooters as being ok. Now it seems that this may knock us back to where we started, trying to convince folks all over again that these scooters are not bad at all with a proper PDI. Our work is never done. :-(
Thanks for you help. It is sincerely appreciated.

Hello,
I am a scooter dealer here in the the Midwest. The last few scooters i ordered from my distributors (tao tao and peacesport) came in running to lean. I think I have it worst because of the cold climate here. Just wondering if I am just going to have to replace the carbs on all the new scooters I order since the EPA has sealed the air/mixture screw? Has anyone heard anything? I am guessing the EPA is not going to buldge on this one. The last carb I had, I tried to drill out the air/mixture screw and it was not there. Any suggestions?
Thanks
