Thank you JerryScript. My enricher does extend with 12volts to it. So it is working and i also watch the resistance values as it extends and at rest. I do not have 12v to it at all so I need to find this problem among others. I asked the owner of this scoot if it just sat over the winter and then didnt run. Of course it sat 6mo or longer with fuel in it. As for the Valve adjustment I will check but this thing only has 150 miles on it and you would figure with the low miles it wouldn't need valves adjusted for being too tight but hey its easy enough to check. Today I found when I removed the carb and checking the jets,I found the Low speed Jet to be clogged. I could NOT blow through it. I am letting that soak overnight and will Post back ALL of my findings. Thank You all for your inputs.

Yes it does stay running if I have the throttle cracked. It also seems to no start when cold without starting fluid. it has fuel in the float bowl and the filter. I checked fuel flow it is pushing fuel to the carb. I believe the enricher is the fault or the cicuit but I need to know when it is supposed to have voltage. I don't have voltage any time during the duration from start to running and various rpms.

I am working on this mp50 for a no start condition. I can spray starting fluid in it and it will start. It will not Idle, took carb. off to inspect and it is spotless for any kind of dirt or residue. I was doing a voltage test on the input of the enricher and I have no Voltage. When is there supposed to be voltage to this thing? Is it on key up or on crank? While running i don't have 12 volts to it either. I did notice the darn wires are grounded all the time. Of course I have yet to check the resistance to ground but upon checking voltage i noticed it shows ground when meter is connected to battery voltage. Just trying to figure this thing out on how it is supposed to work. i am thinking I have a wire shorted to ground somewhere but before I trace it I need to know if I am testing the wire harness side correctly. Thanks for your help
