How about getting the acceleration up? It's quite slow off of the line but once it gets going it's quite fast.

I have a Peugeot vclic 50cc which is just the BT49QT-9, but just rebranded by Peugeot.
I currently get around 40mph on the flat, but my acceleration isn't very good.
I think it has a few restrictions still left on it because 40 is the max it will go, even on downhill.
For the low acceleration issue, I was thinking of new rollers... is 4.5g the best weight?
The lower end is mainly what I want to improve at the moment, is there anything else apart from rollers that'll get it going a bit faster?
