Hey guys! Having a bit of an issue finding finding a rear shock bracket for a 2008 Roketa mc54b 250. Any ideas how i can find one? The one pictured is for a vog 260, but it's extremely similar. I found one at bmsmotorparts.com, but it cracked when pressing in the bearings and their support people werent very helpful. They basically wanted me to but another one. Any help would be appreciated.  Ken |

The only time she sits is for rainy weather. Where I live it's pretty much riding weather throughout the year. But yeah I'll definitely add a monthly fuel treatment.

Hurrah!! I went ahead and cleaned the carburetor and she fired right up! Actually she runs scored smoother than ever! While I was in there I made sure to check connections were still connected and tightened what was loose. Even adjusted the carb down to stop my wheel from spinning to what feels like 50 miles per hour on the center stand.
I just wanted to thank you all for all the wonderful and insightful advice. I couldn't have done it without you. I will be going on my first scooter run with a group here in central Florida next Sunday and I am so looking forward to it! Once again thank you!

Quick question though... where is the cdi located on the vog. I have the dual shock version and not the mono shock type.

The sparkplug is bone dry, so I'm going to assume it's the jets... Going to use nail polish to mark the hoses to make sure I put it back together properly and will clean out the carb... Wish me luck!

Sorry, I just got around to working on my scoot and yes I do have compression. Did the finger test and it had plenty of compression to push out my finger from the spark plug hole. To answer question from before, I was just going 45 mph on flat land when my scoot lost power and died. So i wasnt trying to break any land speed records LOL

Arrrgh... Having a few issues with the mobile app, so let's try this again.... Okay, so I have a 2008 vog 260 and I was riding the other day when suddenly she just loses power and dies on the side of the road. I tried starting her up, but she only whines but won't turn over. Loaded her up in my truck and got her home. I checked the spark plug and it's definitely sparking. I checked the fuel lines and fuel is definitely flowing when I press the start button. She'll whine and I can hear sort of a chugging sound when I try to start her up, but just want turn over. Any help would be appreciated... Thanks!
