Hi.
My battery does not keep It's charge and I have to use the kickstart every morning and if I leave the bike for more than 10 minutes after a ride. If I ride it I can electric start for like 10 minutes but after that there is not enough power inthe battery to cranck the engine.
The battery is 6ah and its about a year old. I tried to charge it and its started fine but after that is the same thing again. Should I get a new battery or is there any other thing I should consider in before I buy a new one?

I have used some seafoam yesterday wich makes the idle better and It's not going up and down now. It also helped starting the bike for the first time. Since I let the bike running on idle for few minutes and checked the plug wich is nutty browni think I won't change the pilot jet. I might try a size smaller at some point to see if its still improve acceleration. Thanks guys!
Also I use the stock airbox, does uni filter will improve a lot with a sport exhaust? How loud would that be? The sport exhaust quiet loud already, but the bike is 4t so at least is not that annoying 2t sound... It's sound like a proper bike.

Hi all!
I have recently installed a 72cc bore kit and a bore sport exhaust on my bike. The installation all went well. I also dropped in a 6.5 g weight set to keep the rpm low during the break in period. I have 88main jet and my plug is nutty brown after a bit of modification to the stock air box.
I have the following issue since the installation:
When I trying to tune the carb with the af screw its basicly does nothing . Even if I completely close the screw the bike still running. Befor the bbk installation if I closed the af screw the engine died. I thought with the bbk I will need larger slow jet but it seems like I need a smaller one. Does that make any sense to bore the engine and go for smaller slow jet? Any thoughts?
Thanks
