the compression will be very high at first as you already know......when im done with the head it will not leak a bit..you can bet your last dollar on that. its done right the first time...i will take a gamble and say with that set up that you have it will be over 240psi.....watcha all think? cant wait to see your wheelie.......lol.....buford........

What can I say but the head had a lot of slag in it from the factory in this particular head it had a lot.well my camera is not good im not big on pics so may be mill can take some when he gets it probably on Monday but a long story short it will flow the air big time now. Now its a performance head got to mention a company that got me started in these heads. Scrappydogsooters.com I do his heads as you all know. Just to let everyone know I normally dont do used heads regularly. I may do a few if im not busy. I just owed mill a favor.so with that being said the big valve heads that I do go to scrappy. They are the best I guarantee it.big thanks be safe.buford.

hey ramblinman. just want to chime in here and give ya a lil heads up.has every body know i do porting and big valves on these heads on a regular basis.the dremel thing bad idea it will take you for ever unless you plan on just cleaning up the beginning of the ports. you cant get in for enough to do it right. i use special air tools. and carbide cutters.if you just make a bigger hole and do nothing to the valves like bigger you are wasting your time and money.but who am i to say. just trying to save you some time and money.it takes many years to learn the technique of porting. and yea i know about the ebay special's.i get alot of people bringing me there leaking heads that they get for lil money..if you have a old head i would practice first.....good luck. if i can be any help just ask........buford

no i havent..but i did do a little on a four valve 125 or 150 head for the gy6 i think..i got better results from 2-valve then 4-valve..yea to get the best you would have to put in bigger valves. they don't give you much room to do it with the 4-valve. but im sure i could figure out if i had some used junk heads..just to see how much i could cut the combustion chamber bigger to put in bigger valves... but yea just cleaning up the ports and changing the way the air flow is help's alot.........thanks...buford
