I can't take it back to the dealer, they're out of state. I adjusted the top screw in that picture. It no longer dies in throttle, but now it dies when I give it gas. Idk what to do. The dealer isn't answering any of my messages

I'd like to start by telling you all I know nothing about scooter engines/repairs. My new Kymco Sting 50 keeps dying when it is in idle. After doing some research online, I think what I am supposed to do is to adjust the idle screw on the carb. I located the carb (after a little bit of difficulty), but I have NO idea which screw to adjust and how to adjust it. I can see on there that it is a Keihin carb and I found this on their website explainin which screw it is, but I don't think mine is exactly like the diagram so I am not sure what to do... keihincarbs.com/tips/gate.htmlHere are some pictures I took of the carb: imgur.com/a/yY2RL Can someone please help?
