Adding to that is when the portrait artist came to the house to do your portrait they charged more if they painted more than just your face hence "cost an arm and a leg".
When the slaves would prepare the meals in the kitchen a kid would sit there and use his toe to turn the bread around the fire in the device that held the bread and that's how we got "toe-stir".
And one more...when the meal was over they would give the slaves the left over meat hence "give them the cold shoulder".

I am considering adding a windscreen to my Tomos Twister 50, but have the following questions. 1. Am I likely to lose speed (top end) or is it more streamlined than my body (frontal area of chest etc).? 2. Which is the preferred material? Acrylic or Polycarbonate? 3. Any recommendations on brand names, models and sources? 4. Any and all comments are welcomed. Thinks |

I agree, I saw a 5 yr old riding in the grocery cart his mother was pushing and he was talking to his mom on his own smart phone telling her what kind of candy he wanted her to buy for him (mind you, she was only 4 feet away from him) and she was actually answering him on her smart phone. When I asked her about it, she told me that she got him his own smart phone because he needed to know how to communicate. I could not believe what I was witnessing..
