The Honda Gyro was made in the mid-80s. I believe the remaining ones are turning into something of a "classic".

We have two 2009 super8 150's. Basically GY6 scooters with 14" wheels. They have both been reliable (8,000 and 6,000 mi, respectively and still going strong). Nice styling (after removing most of the garish stickers), reasonably quick, and reliable. Major downside is that the suspension is quite stiff (makes for good handling, but a bit rough on the back!).
I can't comment on the Like from experience, but by hunch is that the smaller wheels would tend to make it more "twitchy": good for urban commuting, bad on the road.
