I have a ssr 50cc classic 2011. I am needing to get a new top end so I am going to buy a big bore kit. The motor say 139qmb, however, i am not sure if it is a 64 or 69 mm valve length. Any ideas? The badge on it says 49cc and I have read that a true 49 is 69mm
Thanks

I have a ssr 50cc classic scooter and I recently just put a new carb on the scoot. I took it out for a test drive and it lost power so I immediately checked the carb and the intake hose came off so I fixed that. However, when I tried to start it the sound of the motor was completely different almost as if the most has not compression and that the starter is spinning faster and really high pitched. I put my finger over the exhaust and it didnt put out much compression. Has my motor blown, do I need a new top end? I dont really know how to explain it but it just sounds like the motor is turning over way way to easy and it just dosnt have any compression. I checked the valves and they are set the way they should be. Any advice?
Thanks!
