Have had this scooter for a year and have been fixing things here and there, and want to correct the lag in the acceleration. When I put on the throttle, it struggles to gain speed until around 15 MPH, which sucks when I get stopped at a red light. Any suggestions? ive tried to put a tiny bit of sea foam in the gas every third tank, but isn't doing anything. Any and all suggestions appreciated! Attachments:

So I picked up this little baby last year for pretty much nothing and my friend and I (with our 19 years of existence) tried to be mechanics and fix it up a bit. Surprisingly nothing went wrong and it runs fine (except a little lag in acceleration). BUT that is not why I'm posting. I have no idea what kind of scooter this is. The VIN number is completely unreadable and the previous owner registered it as a 1976 JC Penny Pinto..... yeah right. The only info that I have is that it was made in Taiwan and is a 2 stroke oil injected 50 CC engine. PLEASE HELP IF YOU KNOW WHAT IT IS! Attachments:
