[replyingto=prodigit]prodigit[/replyingto][replyingto=prodigit]prodigit[/replyingto]Thanks prodigit for the offer of help. I can pretty much figure out assembling the plastics and stuff. The biggest problem I am having is I am not sure I have the right pieces on the axles. I put them together the way I thought they should go (there is no diagram or anything) but I have left over parts so I am concerned I didn't get something right. I have the piece pictured left over. I think it should go into the bearing on the rear wheel but if its in there it throws the alignment of the rear wheel off... Won't fit basically. I don't know... Anyway I put a new fuel line and filter on it today, changed the oil and gave it a go...she fired right up. Seems to be running pretty good. I just adjusted the idle screw until it seemed to be good. I'm no mechanic for sure so I am just muddling my way through this. Thanks again. Attachments:

[replyingto=scootnwinn]scootnwinn[/replyingto]Ohhhh I can assemble it... in fact it is assembled now... just got finished firing it up. Seems to run like a top. Quite satisfying after about 20 hours of blood sweat and tears.
I'm just not sure I have the rear axle right... want to be sure.
Sorry its my first time assembling one of these things and this one seems to be one of the trickier ones... it is not your average run of the mill bolt up the front tire scooters, PDI it and go.

I sure wish I would have seen this before I bought one of there... I am in the early stages of setting one of these up and it is a nightmare. Bike looks decent though and hopefully I can get it running. I think I will learn a lot from this experience. Hopefully not that I should have bought a Honda... ... so far it looks like that's the road I'm headed down.... If I only knew what I was getting into waaaaaaaaaahhhh.

Hey there... I just got a new Fleetwood Series XR-12 - 127cc (also know as yx127cf) Motorcycle and I'm trying to get it up and running. There are no instructions of course and there is a lot of assembly to this thing! Yikes! Anybody out there can help me with a few questions? First off I have something hanging under the bike and I'm not sure what it is or where it goes (see picture). Is that a ground or something? Any ideas? I'm stumped... I'm going to replace the fuel line and filter but I was thinking to leave the vacuum lines alone (there are lots of them!) They seem to be securely connected anyway. Think I can get by with these? Changing them out seems like it would be a royal pain. This bike is going to be quite the project I think... Thanks in advance for any help or advice you can give! Attachments:

[replyingto=averageguy]averageguy[/replyingto]Well they got back to me and said "The MSO will arrive in the mail in 7 to 10 days." Hope it's true. I'll post the outcome here.

Hey guys. I bought a "Fleetwood Series XR-12 - 127cc Motorcycle" from MOTOBUYS.COM I received the bike just fine today and the free stuff they offered came today also. Bike took about 6 days to arrive. I ordered on Thursday got it on the following Wednesday. My question is this. Now I have the bike here I'm scared they will not give me the paperwork to title it and get plates. I sent them an email inquiry but never got a reply. I'm going to give them a call tomorrow. Anybody have experience dealing with this company?? I think I will be on pins and needles until I get the papers!!! Thanks!!! Mark Attachments:
