do you have an aftermarket exhaust? the reason I asked is that with most you have to elongate the holes or it bends the studs outward and then they break you can get the old ones out by drilling and using an easyout or a lefthand drillbit if you use a reg bit their will be a little ridge probably in the center which you need to get out of the way with a small little grinder bit because it will k..eep you from drilling in the center if it becomes a mess drill up to the next size which I believe is 8 mm no stud? cut the head off of a long bolt with all threads
