Don't have the recipe, but my wife made a nice spicey turkey stew with some hatch chilis. The chilis help you sweat out some calories.

Turkey salad! Add turkey chunks, raw spinach, cheddar cheese (works with manchego too), tomato, olive oil and guacamole, yum!!.

A turkey grinder sounds really good right now with: turkey (who would've guessed?), bacon, mozzarella, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and mayo, on some good ciabatta bread (whatever bread). Of course pop that in the oven for a bit, putting the lettuce and tomato on afterwards. YUM!!
Sliced lunch meat works year round....
