I rode bicycles for decades, road and mountain, but never attained those kind of speeds. That is an awesome cyclist.

Having just watched the bikes on the Olympics, that's not so unusual for a good bike-athlete. Not going downhill. I think they said some of the men hit 60+ going down one of the hills. WAY faster than I can go on a bike, and faster than I'll go on my scoot even, ha!
My takeaway from this--Mike's pipes are so damn loud he couldn't hear his buddy honking, not even LAYING on the horn. That's pretty ridonkulous! And seems dangerous for Mike.
