Seriously, I would pursue it. It could be like my situation selling the good ol' Taurie-car.

I had a lady come test-drive him, loved him except his temp gauge had crept up, promised to buy him after my mech double-checked what was wrong. Turned out that leak from coolant into oil had drained the radiator, topped it off and added whatever is the mech-level super-sealant. I emailed her right away and said he was ready for her. Even turned down a perfect sale to a friend of my mech's.

Never did hear from the girl-dog again. And my mech's friend had already bought a newer car, had come across too good a deal to pass.

So yes, maybe this guy thinks his Piggy is sold. But if you show up and say "I'm good to buy your bike NOW" he very well might change his mind. Worth a try!

Oh. I didn't really look at the ad. I thought it showed where he is.

Then again, might not hurt to go there and ask someone if they know who has a red scooter. You could come to my neighborhood and ask that and chances are at least half the folks could tell you it's me. Just be sure to explain first that it was listed on sale but you just have an email contact and were in the area so thought you'd see if you could find the seller.

You never know, it could work out. Piggys are really sweet rides--those 16" wheels really go smooth.
