Hey Guys,
I'm no master mechanic and my scoot has been acting up - need help! When it gets to about 7k RPM is starts to sputter and on and off power - after I get past that 7K (if going downhill) mark it runs better but occasional sputter.
Suggestions?
Thanks

Could be a fuel delivery problem

7k is the highest many gy6s will get to. If it's sputtering, you may have air/fuel issues, at that RPM it's most likely using all of the main since the needle should be fully raised. You can try raising the needle more (lowering the clip on it or adding washers as spacers), if that fails, you could try upjetting the main on size.

Hard to tell which hose is loose in that pic.

A loose hose with no fluid leaking is probably your valve cover vent. It vents the blow-by vapors from the head and usually returns them to the air cleaner box or somewhere in the intake.
