The original carburetor of my Piaggio Typhoon 4t 4v, was a Keihin NCV 20mm. It was working very bad, so i buy a new CVK 20MM. In the original one, pilot jet was #35 and MJ #72 and no adjustable needle. I install the same jets in the new one. The scooter run fine, little bit noisy i think Main jet # 75 was better.
Ii try a MJ #75 wont start!?
If i put bigger main jet did i need downsize the pilot jet 35?

Good job, jetting is a process of trial and error. Glad to hear you got yours running well, now enjoy that ride!
