Sploogy at idle, at high speeds runs fine.
No stalling no bucking. Idle sits a bit on the high side at .40 NGK gap at standard .24-.28 gap idles perfect clutch not partially engaged but gets fouled easily.
Last done after first set up was clip height at the throttle between 3-4 clip at the bottom of the needle.
2 position too lean 4th too rich 3rd right but sploogy non adjustable perfect enriching circuit.
"All though splooge won't kill me I just want perfect idle vs .40 gap due to splooge or I will have to run non foiling plug in winter or upgrade my clutch springs to 2k."
Thoughts anyone?
Seems like its better in case of hot weather, prevents siezure, i have a cone filter upgrade and a dish top piston conversion to dome top -.1 on stroke height + milled head.

The cone filter probably is allowing more air in, making you run lean at idle. Does it stumble with quick blips on the throttle from idle, or does it roar from the accelerator pump's squirt? If it roars, try upjetting the idle jet one size, then re-adjust air/fuel and needle height to compensate.

Updated march 13, 2016 No rough idles, does not stumble in any shape, form, or fashion in a sense am I suppose to oil those cone type filters?
Its set to a tee doesnt run rich at all only at idle splooge occurs at high speed she is perfectly fine (more added info March 13, 2016)
I am not running oil rings on it but have a 2-3 ring set installed without the oil control ring for more power, original bore specs 40mm x 39.3 dished changed to 40mm x39.2 to clear the dome top piston upgrade currently runs with advanced timing at the pickup generator. (Shaved slotting).
You flick the throttle she returns back like a champion. On hills she pulls at 20mph if you zoom up with no cargo added.
Ive fumbled with the carb twice i think i should provide update after i replace the h/g other then that she runs 40mph tops.
In addition she is all custom running a kymco, sym, pgo, Honda carb specs 19mm 42-43mm center bolt mount flange type.
I think splooge is considered pampering at idle, at high speeds there is visually none what so ever, she smokes mildly from the exhaust from time to time not enough to smoke the block out.
