I have ordered Ice Bear parts from two dealers and it appears that the Ice Bear parts department has some serious logistic problems.
My dealer cannot get prices for parts in a reasonable time frame and they have to wait forever before Ice Bear actually ships the parts.
This has been going on for some time.
I’ve got three scooters down because I cannot get parts that are known to be in stock in California.
I can get Chinese parts directly from China in 5 days or less so why can’t my dealers get parts form Ice Bear in less that 4 to 6 weeks?
Are there any Ice bear dealers out there that can explain what is going on with the supply network?
Is there another country or place where I can get prices and order Ice Bear parts?
Unhappy customer here... It's not my dealers problem that I can see.

I have had a few people call saying their dealer can not get what they need or that Ice Bear will not answer them. I have called and the part is in the warehouse. I can not explain that and will not try.
I will admit there has been a few issues getting the inventory straight, mostly last month when they received a container from China and had some people out sick. For the most part, the longest I have waited for a response was 24 hours (not counting illness), ship within 48 hours (week days) and never waited 4 to 6 weeks for anything that was in stock. If it has to come from China it could take 45 to 60 days if the customer elects to wait for the next container, the customer has the option to have the part shipped directly from China to them, of course there is an additional shipping charge to do that..

Thanks for the reply Jim...
I have parts "ordered" from two local dealers. One received prices two weeks ago and I confirmed the order but no parts are confirmed on the way to the dealer. The parts were quoted in stock.
The other dealer has not even been able to get a price quote over the last 3 weeks but Ice Bear told him the parts are in stock.
I am only 200 miles from Ice Bear so you can see why I am upset with the poor support the local dealers are getting. I am not a dealer so I cannot just drive to the warehouse and pick up the parts.
I am aware that the last container had some unload problems.(per the dealers feedback) but it looks like the Ice Bear parts department just doesn't care and is making their dealers look bad.
I am going to wait another 2 weeks.... If I do not get parts, I will cancel all my orders let you give it a shot.
