Side note--- I remember a story not to long ago about a biker..... They were protesting new helmet laws by NOT wearing a helmet.... Got into an accident and died.... Take that for what it's worth, Ironic but, a choice was made. Stay safe and keep an eye on the other guy when it's your turn, you have to go. Heck you never know when your time is up..... A lightning strike or drunk driver could be just around the corner.... Worring to much may result in never doing anything. That was in New York, pretty ironic to have your cause of death be riding without a helmet during a protest against helmet laws. A top candidate for the Darwin award!

I checked my 125cc today and it says 90kg (198 pounds) max capacity 198 pounds? That seems low - me, myself, and I are 215... Yes that sounds about right for a 55 mph weight rating. The faster you go the more stress you put on the frame and then the brakes have to be able to stop it from that speed without overheating which is also part of the how they rate weight capacity. The frame and suspension have to carry the weight and deal with uneven roads, speed bumps, etc and the speed the engine can push the bike too and the brakes have to be up to stopping the bike staying within DOT regulations. If the bikes suspension is capable of carrying say 400 lbs at 55 mph but the brakes can not stop it within the required distance specified by the DOT when it has over 198 lbs on it then the weight limit will be 198 lbs which you may more commonly see with a cable operated rear drum brake on the bike.

Haylo, I am fairly new here and would like to climb in the ice bear trike discussion for a sec. I just bought my Q6 last month. Only have about 270km on it yet. Been riding it every evening without issue other really than vibration and rattle. After my ride on Saturday eve I noticed a screw missing in the two piece bracket on the right side housing the starter switch. I removed the remaining screw to see what size I needed, came home and put it back together and now she won't start at all. Was fine before I took that bracket thing apart but now all it does is crank but sounds like maybe not getting gas? No gas smell anyway. Was there some little touch point in that housing that regulates fuel flow somehow. Maybe you can tell I am green to this mechanical stuff but want to figure it out because so far I really enjoy my trike.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Sorry if I am out of line jumping in midthread

Check that you did not flip the kill switch from the running position. Not really jumping in but reviving a Zombie thread from almost 1 & 1/3 years ago as the last post in this thread was in October of 2015.
