i'm going to install a 80cc big bore kit and i was looking for what to torque the head to. THANKS FOR ANY HELP

They should be torqued to 15 ft lbs. If you torque them to 24ft lbs and you might break something. I snapped off the corner of a rocker arm assembly when I accidentally set the torque wrench to 25 ft lbs Roy

15 for all 6 or just the 4 at the rockers and just snug the 2 on the side

Just the four rocker arm nuts. I just snug the two on the side, I'm not sure about the specs. my manual doesn't even show those.

do you use a drop of locktight?

I don't lock tight them, and have never had one come loose. A 150 intake will not help much if the intake port on the head is not enlarged to match, but yes it will fit.
