i'm going to install a 80cc big bore kit and i was looking for what to torque the head to.

They should be torqued to 15 ft lbs. If you torque them to 24ft lbs and you might break something. I snapped off the corner of a rocker arm assembly when I accidentally set the torque wrench to 25 ft lbs  Roy |

15 for all 6 or just the 4 at the rockers and just snug the 2 on the side

Just the four rocker arm nuts. I just snug the two on the side, I'm not sure about the specs. my manual doesn't even show those.

I don't lock tight them, and have never had one come loose. A 150 intake will not help much if the intake port on the head is not enlarged to match, but yes it will fit.
