No Spark

I have 50cc scooter that I am failing to get any spark on. The wiring on the thing is a little bit of a mess towards the front end (this is how I got it). Originally I thought the coil was bad so I tried a different one and that didn't do the trick. The next logical move was to try a different CDI box, tried 4 different ones with no success. Next thought was bad stator, so I broke out the multimeter and did some readings on the wires coming off of it. I should also add I have tried two brand new spark plugs.
I have a black wire which I believe to be my CDI power that is registering about 75 volts AC. I have a blue wire which I believe is the Trigger Pickup wire that is registering around 1-6 volts AC. On the black/green wire that goes to coil I am not registering any voltage (from what I can remember).
According to the information I have found about stators these readings are in line with a normal functioning stator.
One thing I am curious about is if I am having a problem at my ignition or kill switch. Is there a way to trick the CDI into thinking that it is on?
One more thing. I think this moped was equipped with an alarm and remote start. Both of these things seem pointless to me. Can I safely remove them without any problems?
Any suggestions about what to do to get some spark would be great.
Thanks

Some alarms are indeed the culprit in the starting equation ,,,many fail ,,,I feel they over complicate

So what jumper wires do I need to run to my CDI to trick it into working right? I feel like this is the problem just based on the fact the I have voltage going in and none coming out.

Figured out that the kill switch wire to my cdi wire was grounded somewhere and therefore not giving my coil any voltage. I cut the wire and it worked. Now I'm trying to decide whether to run a new wire just to a toggle switch or figure out where the issue actually is and fix it.
