I have a 2008 Diamo Turista 300 (Linhai Aeolus). Where is the fuel filter located? It's usually between the fuel tank and the carburetor.

No kidding. Since I can't seem to see it with the panels in place, which ones need to be removed to get to the filter?

They're usually on the left side of the bike, from the rider's perspective. It may be mounted to the frame. You may need to remove the seat bucket, and/or the left top body panel beside the seat. If you can see the carburetor, try to find the fuel line and follow it back towards the tank.

On my roketa 250 with the Linhai engine, it is underneath, covered by a vented square access panel. (actually, I removed the panel a few years ago and haven't bothered to replace it) The filter itself is on the kickstand side of the bike, near the bottom, and near the sidestand mount.

Take your time with the plastic panels, the mounting tabs and holes can be fragile.
