If I recall correctly, the power in to the switch is the yellow wire from the stator. The high beam from the switch is the blue wire, the low beam is the white wire. Do the lights you bought have high and low beams? If so, you can use the blue wire for high, and the white for low that is run to your existing headlights. The power to the switch may also be a brown wire, as they sometimes change the color from yellow to brown in the scooter wire harness. But blue= high beam and white= Low beam is pretty standard.
One thing to remember: The headlights on a scooter are run on AC current. They are regulated, but still fluctuate. If you installed something like fog lights, or LED lights, especially, then you need to run them off of the battery. You could run DC power off of the battery to your scooter light switch. You would have to put in a switch, or relay, though.

Good luck. Use the blue wire that is going to your existing headlights for high beam, and the white one for low beam.
If they are LED lights, you can't use that wiring, though. Remember, it is AC current. If they are halogen, they should be fine. Post any questions you have, and I'll be happy to try to help.

The problem is that the new headlight wires are all black so it doesn't show what I should hook them up to so they start up with the scoot so I guess I'll have to add a switch
