www.gyronautx1.com/uploads/1/1/1/7/11173971/5173757.jpgFun read: www.gyronautx1.com/"One such concept car, the Gyron, had been a pet project of his from the early 1950's. The thought was to advance streamlining by reducing the frontal area as much as possible. To Tremulis this meant that perhaps four wheels was two too many. His thought was to incorporate a gyroscope within the sleek bodywork to maintain stability when stopped. Additionally, the car would sense a turn and bank into the curve automatically much like a motorcycle rider turning a corner..." Feel free to post any fun and weird bikes or other vehicles and their stories here.

Looks easy to park. Sad that they replaced the gyros with training wheels. The training wheels could have been an emergency measure, deployed only in the event of a gyro failure.

I think the monotracer has potential in metro areas. You can park two of the all weather bikes in one standard parking space. I like the "Jetson" appearance of the Gyron better, though.
