02starrider sells scooter parts on Ebay. This is just a warning to avoid buying from him. Prices are cheap... but quality is pure CRAP. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

I bought the kit listed above as a project for the summer to rebuild the scooter I bought. Well I didn't get started on it until 50 days after I bought it from him.
When I began unwrapping the cellophane the parts were wrapped in I discovered that the cylinder had SEVERAL casting holes all the way through the casting.
I immediately emailed him and got no reply. So I emailed him again a few days later and no reply.
I found his contact info listed on the internet and posted it here to save others time in trying to find this guy. "UPDATE" the phone number listed below has been disconnected.
