Freakin sweet. Finally got it running. It came preset 15 degrees off. Shot it with the 1952 timing light and found it. Changed it in the computer and that was done. Ordered a DC rectifier with an 11-pole stator. Screwed the pooch on that. John helped me with the rewire to get it in the good. The white wire on the rectifier is still a mystery. Also have a black/red coming off the stator which is equally mysterious. Bottom line, it runs and charges without it. I eliminated all of my glass fuses by installing a fuse block in the glove compartment. I installed a main ground block also so I didn't have to swiss cheese my chassis. I used 2 relays. One for main switched power, and the other for high/ low on the headlight. I upgraded the grounds and the main power feed lines to an 8 ga. wire and it's obvious it has a stronger crank. I figure now I have the wires run, so come winter time I'll do a full tear down and build a new harness from scratch and install new watertight connectors.
Thanks again John, I'll put some pics up soon

the black/red is for ac cdi (that your not using), the white wire you can use to energize a relay when the engine is running.
