I picked up a 04 Eton Beamer, has the 2-stroke Jog motor, looking into the 70cc BBK.
Going to derestrict with CDI cut and remove the variator washer of course, but looking for a good starting point on main jet (stock is 80) or what worked for you, and other mods needed to take advantage of the extra displacement.
Are there any other hidden restrictions besides CDI and variator washer that are easily changed? I want to keep the stock look if possible. I had a Kymco where I was able to drill out the air box inlet and cut out a restriction in the air tube, and drill the exhaust tip and weld on a wider one to open it up some more.
