Leftway, I'm right there with you. Unhappiest year of my life was after my toe surgery, when I was forbidden to go bare-foot for a year. In fact, I'm lying here right now with bare feet and almost a foot of snow outside. (yes, I *do* put on my boots when I go outside. Cold toesies are unhappy toesies.) Hey! Well then Leftway, you I'll ask to kindly wipe off your bare feet before you track snow and slush all over the nice shiny new floors here.
The rest of us will kick off our boots there at the front door, where we've provided a nice bench and cubbies for everyone's convenience. And a kettle of hot chocolate simmering on the stove, with the marshmallow Peeps® to drop in and watch melt. (bet there's no smiley for melting Peeps® either, is there Doug, JR. ;D )
