Gotta support my heritage and go Messerschmidt!
Besides, just look at the lines of that bird. Although I'll admit you've got a honkin' huge blind spot in your six....

The Zero was made by Mitsubishi, and they still sell cars to us these days. Good luck finding a Messerschmitt for sale. -If I had considered it a tie between these aircraft, I would have chosen the Zero because Saki is more macho than Schnopps.

...Saki is more macho than Schnopps. Yes, but is saki more macho than Bier und Brats, ja? How much more macho is saki than Oktoberfest? (imagine happy beer-toting lederhosen-wearing BIG grin smiley here!)

Almost every Monday is a holiday in Japan. The Japanese usually work on holidays because they are macho. They have beer in Japan. They also eat dangerous fish that will fatally poison you if not prepared properly. Eating eel and fugu is far more macho than eating brats.

Wearing lederhosen is more macho than anything, except maybe wearing kilts the real Scottish way. And if working is macho, then America is the machoiest. It's been proven we have the most unused vacation time of any comparable nation. Yes, even the Japanese take more vacation than we do. ...hm...maybe that makes us the stupidest instead?....

I've gotta admit that the ME-109 was an awesome fighter plane. It was designed specifically to intercept the big bombers at high altitude. It entered service too late in the war to turn the tide. The Mitsubishi Zeros had many flaws, but were way ahead of the allied planes at the beginning of the war. The success of these lethal planes is often determined by the time period in which they entered service.
