Morning everyone,
In the real world I work for the State of Indiana and I noticed that the Indiana BMV has been talking about changing the rules for scooter riders. This new rule will affect the 50cc scooter folks. You are going to need to register the scooters starting in 2015. Looks like it'll cost about 40 bucks to register, but insurance is not required.
