I've been poking around and it looks like it might be M10x1.25 I measured the bolt in his picture. If it's full size, I'd agree and say M10x1.25. It would be pure luck if it just happened to be exactly to size on my screen. If it is, kudos on your fine detective work!

I didn't find 10mm x 1.25mm nuts, but I found 8mm x 1.25mm and 10mm x 1.5mm, I ordered both, they are cheap anyway, lets see which one works

On mine the threads were striped , I drilled the threads out . Stuck the bolt out from the inside . Put the bushing from the inside on the bolt . Then on the outside I put a washer and a nylon lock nut . Same for both sides .

Nope, I still have one of the old nuts, the other one fell off on the road, the stand almost made me crash when it got loose If that is the case about almost getting road rash then everyone should either use nylon n lock nuts or drill and safety wire them , I have had that rash and it does not wash off
