Hello, I have a 150cc Sunny that's not charging. When I went to start diagnosing the problem, I noticed the harness going to the regulator/rectifier has a wire that's not in the plug. It's a dark green wire, In the scooter manuals I've seen so far, it's the autoenricher wire. Someone has also pulled the green ground wire out of the the plug on the regulator/rectifier. They had the dark green hooked up to the green ground in R/R....
I bought this scooter used with 200+ miles on it so I do not know the entire history, but this does not look stock and I can't find a wiring diagram.
I'm including a video, I kind of ramble for a bit but all the info is in there.

Ok, I have hooked up the new regulator and the scooter is now getting a charge.....
However, the head lights will not come on...... Now, I'll get some pictures (or a video), the new R/R plug mates up to the harness and the colors match, but it left an empty black wire coming coming from the R/R....
The dark green wire that I pointed out in the video that comes from the harness side I spliced into the green wire (ground).... However, I think that was a mistake. I may need to jump the dark green to the black from the R/R....
The Black wire that's on the R/R is a wire that actives when the scoot is turned on. So, that could be whats responsible for turning power on to the lights....
I'm gonna have to get the multi-meter on it and see what's going on.... I still have not find a wire diagram for this scooter.

Hello, I'm also having the same exact problem with this scooter. I had the charging issue as well, when I got the rectifier replaced, now the headlights don't come on. Was anyone able to troubleshoot this problem yet?
